Not a good start

My two stars rating is based on the following:
- Web site contents browsing: Excellent
- Ordering stage: Excellent
- Delivery by courier company : Excellent
- Packing : minus 3 stars, the quality of packing was careless where the two ordered packs where put along with some tea leaves that made the box and my floor dirty. Even the bags were greasy. I didn’t try the tea yet and most likely I will throw them in garbage as I don’t trust the quality nor the hygiene of the bags after what I saw. What’s the point of having a good marketing but no focus on the products quality. The staff who packed such order should be questioned.

I have heard of adding biscuit to karak, but never thought/heard of adding cocoa. I was skeptic at first, but the combination turned out great!

Our mission is simple : to reintroduce chai to the rest of the world. Inspired by the street culture of drinking Chai from the streets of Delhi or the corner shops in Souq Dubai, we celebrate the experience of drinking a freshly brewed cup of Chai.

of Chai mix

Add 100ml Water
Brew for 3 mins

Add 200ml Milk
Brew for 10-15 mins

Strain, serve
